Photos in the collage from Vogue - Drawings from me, of course ;-)
Browsing through the reports coming superfresh from the runways of New York Fashion Week, I was impressed by one colour: blue.
Which is strange because it’s not even THE colour seen until now on the runways (the most popular was, too my delight, red!) but it was just… I don’t know, inspiration?
(it still seems a huge colour trend anyway, but let’s see what the runways of London, Milan and Paris say…)
I really loved the blue in DKNY and Ohne Titel (which is a brand I didn’t know before, but they made a kinda cool collection) and I also like the Victoria Beckham dress in the collage.
But the thing that struck me most was the make-up at Prabal Gurung.

Ok, it’s a make-up I’d never wear to, let’s say, do grocery shopping, but still it’s quite beautiful and intense I think. Evocative, I’d say. Makes me think of a blue version of Swan Lake.
Ok, now I’m off to prepare some New York Fashion Week collages for the next days and then to bed… I can’t actually believe that I was finally able to write a post with less than 474847653695934 boring words… It must be the effect of my diet, it makes me live in a “less is more” world…
