Such a long time since my last post, uh?
Well, it was a national long weekend holiday in Belgium and the first days of sun and warmth since March I was soooo busy that I didn’t have the time to put a post together, forgive me :(
Anyway, I’m writing because I’m like a kid. I get superexcited when I get a new toy so I have to show everyone. In my case toys are great bargains. I will never tell you enough how much I love to spend just a few euros for great clothes.
And since I’m so superexcited for the first time in the history of this blog you will se me! Full figure! OH MY GOD!
In the first pic you can see my first bargain. That wonderful skirt that is like:

You can’t see the fabric very well from the photo but it’s sheer and soft, you can almost see the lining underneath
I saw it on Saturday in this vintage shop in Gent (Think Twice, it has stores also in Antwerp and Holland), Tommy said it looked like a giant meringue (how nice) so I didn’t buy it. But I’ve been thinking about it since then so today I got back, it was 30% off (30% off happy hour. I’m a lucky b***h) I tried it without my jeans underneath (guess they were the cause of the giant meringue effect. So smart, Al) and bam! Mine! 6 euros! I love it!!
And the second bargain is… The famous maxi skirt! Remember?
I’m soooo happy! It’s exactly what I wanted, it’s in a fabric that falls down perfectly (that’s not the best pose to show you, I admit it, but I almost killed myself down the stairs at my back to take this photo ahah)… It looks like a heavy viscose but mos probably it’s synthetic. I mean, it was 8 euros (bought in the same vintage store), it must be synthetic.
But who cares, I love it!
Oh and forgive the pic: I just got back home and I totally forgot to do my make-up before taking it.
And I have no hairstyle whatsoever (my fringe is getting longer than the skirt, guess it’s time to give it a cut).
And that’s the stupid face I do when I take pics.
Oh and forgive my legs in the first pic, too: it’s the first time they get out of trousers and tights since last spring so they’re really too white, purple-ish I’d say?
But, as I said before, who cares: I love these skirts!
And I so wanted to show you :-)
So tell me: I’m a good bargain hunter, am I not? ;D
Of course if you hate them you can say it. As every kid when you say something bad about its toys I’ll cry a bit, but it’s OK ;)

Adoro sopratutto la prima gonna..e ti invidio sai? Io non credo che riuscirei ad indossarla, non chiedermi perché, ma ho la netta sensazione che la farei finire in fondo all’armadio e che non riuscirei a vederla addosso a me!
Guarda, anche io ho avuto seri dubbi prima di comprarla, ma c’era quel non so che che mi ispirava e poi costava 6 euro… ho pensato anche se non me la metto pace! Poi a casa l’ho provata con quella maglietta semplicissima e le ballerine e devo dire che fa la sua figura… Appena fa un po’ più calduccino vediamo se la metto o no per davvero ;D

ahah you know I wanted to tweet you immediately after my post to tell you “you can’t believe what happened! A picture of me on my blog!” XD
I probably found the courage thanks to my weight loss, I feel like I’m me again, after 2 years… It’s insane, I’ll probably write a post about it.
Maybe I’ll post more pictures of me but I don’t know, and not that often anyway since I really hate to take pictures of myself :D
As for the bargains… Well, if I had the money I’ll surely buy only expensive stuff too (I don’t have much time to go shopping lately, unluckily, so I tend to buy a lot online) but lately I’m so poor (seriously!) that this is the only thing I can afford ahah. But I’ve always loved bargain hunting (my mother is my teacher, but she’s such a master! I’ll never be like her)
We should definitely do some bargain hunting together if and when we meet ;)

Mi piace moltissimo la gonna giallina, per le sue pieghette regolari ed il colore giallo pallido. Fra l’altro penso si sposi bene con la tua carnagione chiara sai? Sembra ancora piu eterea.

Da Benetton ci sono stata sai, ma non l’ho trovata qui a Gent. Pero’ quando vado in Italia ci riguardo di sicuro primo perchè da benetton trovo sempre un sacco di cose e secondo perchè le ho viste sul catalogo e sembrano belle! Grazie mille per la dritta ;)
Credimi, vedere una foto mia è un evento più unico che raro (questa è tipo la seconda in quasi due anni di blog ahah) ma spero che prima o poi ricapiti l’occasione (odio farmi le foto!)
